Social Media Manager & Strategist (Part-Time)
Kraussel Applications is looking for a creative, driven Social Media Manager & Strategist to help plan, create, and execute social media content for a variety of clients across multiple industries. This is a part-time role with strong potential to grow into a full-time position as responsibilities and performance expand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative side of social media and the strategy behind what actually performs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals
Create engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and reels
Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor performance, trends, and engagement to refine content strategy
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with broader campaigns
Stay up to date on platform trends, formats, and best practices
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all content
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (marketing, communications, design, or related field preferred)
Strong creative eye with graphic design experience or advanced proficiency creating social media images and videos
Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Strong writing skills with an understanding of tone, voice, and storytelling
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn and grow

Copywriter (Part-Time)
Kraussel Applications is looking for a talented Copywriter to help craft clear, compelling messaging for clients across multiple industries. This is a part-time position with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the agency continues to expand.
This role is perfect for someone who loves writing, understands how words drive action, and wants hands-on experience creating copy that actually gets used — not buried in drafts.
Responsibilities:
Write engaging copy for websites, landing pages, ads, emails, and social media
Develop brand-aligned messaging and tone of voice for different clients
Collaborate with strategists and designers to bring campaigns to life
Edit and refine copy based on performance, feedback, and goals
Research client industries to write informed, accurate content
Assist with blogs, case studies, captions, and other long-form content
Help turn ideas into clear, conversion-focused messaging
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred)
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands and industries
Basic understanding of marketing, SEO, or advertising principles (preferred, not required)
Comfortable meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
